upon reaching bintan lagoon resort, we had a warm welcome dance, unfortunately its still raining!! anyway we booked a villa that can accomodate 8 ppl. a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. the environment was ok la.. jus a nicer chalet. mee prepared dinner! heh.. soba with sausages! we bought frm sg and brought it over. 8 of us ate ~1 kg of soba..its ALOT. yea.. everyone was bloated. and when the rain stopped, we attempted to drive the buggy and familiarize with the route to lobby. cool experience, but i always mount kerb and almost crashed into a tree. hurr.. sorry for scaring my passengers. and the rest of the night? mahjong time! Day 2:

Day 3:

the weather looks good. perfect for suntanning and beach activities. but its a shopping day at pasar oleh oleh, the one and only shopping street in bintan. we had a sumptuous lunch again. seriously who eat seafood for lunch? haha. we ordered chilli crab! woahh their tom yam soup is good too. and the most impt thing, its cheap~ and then and then.. it rained again!! hoho. 3 days in a row sia. basically we cant do anything cos of the rain. and the restaurant ppl are very nice to lend us brollies. we went for massage and spa.. body scrub, mask and lotion...=D

3 days at bintan was not enuf due to the rain. sad to say, i didnt come back golden brown. i didnt get enuf of the beach and the sun. the constant playing for mahjong every night makes me itchy for mahjong now. haha. and there was a lil bit of unhappiness.. oh wells..and it is very fortunate to hav mee n yt to do some hsekeeping stuffs. to wake up early and prepare breakfast. thank you, dears.

overall, bintan lagoon resort was so-so only. they are not v efficient and their hsekeeping is disappointing. the stuffs within the resort are very expensive. if u dunno, everything is in SGD. only the pricing in pasar oleh oleh seems acceptable. if i were to go bintan again, i wld try other resorts and give bintan lagoon a skip. and hmm.. its not the monsoon season at all!!! sux.

this bintan trip marks the end of my study path. its really time to go job hunting and awaiting my final results on june 5th.
